El entrenamiento de rutinas básicas son muy importantes en la calistenia, ya que éstas son las bases para progresar cada día y seguir mejorando como lo es agarrando más fuerza en diversas partes del cuerpo como los son hombros, espalda, brazos y pectorales. Estos son una de las partes más importante que se deben trabajar para seguir progresando y mejorando cada día más, siempre con una mentalidad positiva y ganadora para lograr tus metas como lo es en esta disciplina.

The training of basic routines are very important in calisthenics, as these are the basis to progress every day and continue to improve as it is by gaining more strength in various parts of the body such as shoulders, back, arms and pectorals. These are one of the most important parts to work on to keep progressing and improving every day, always with a positive and winning mentality to achieve your goals as it is in this discipline.

Dominadas; En una barra quédate colgado en agarre prono y flexiona los brazos hasta que la barbilla supere la altura de la barra

Pull-ups; On a barbell, hang in a prone position and bend your arms until your chin exceeds the height of the bar.

Fondos; Colocarse en una paralela con los codos bloqueados y se realiza una flexión de brazos hasta llegar a los 90 grados o un poco más, vuelve a subir hasta que vuelvas a bloquear.

Funds; Stand in a parallel with your elbows locked and bend your arms until you reach 90 degrees or a little more, go back up until you lock again.

Australianas Asistidas; en una barra baja colocate por debajo, con los pies asistidos teniendo el cuerpo completamente horizontal para hacer un movimiento remo con agarre prono.

Assisted Australian Pull-Ups; on a low bar position yourself underneath, with your feet assisted and your body completely horizontal to do a prone rowing motion.

***Ejercicio : Flexiones ***

Flexiones; Manos en el suelo, apertura un poco más alta a la de los hombros, espalda recta, y bajas y subes controladamente.

Push-ups; Hands on the ground, opening slightly higher than shoulder width, back straight, and controlled lowering and raising.

La importancia de los entrenamientos básicos más que todo es para ganar fuerza y resistencia, también para definir tus músculos. Es importante saber que los entrenamientos básicos se debería entrenar entre 3 a 5 días por semana, y descansar mínimo dos días, ya que el descanso en los entrenamientos es muy importante, pues esto influye mucho en tu rendimiento. Ser disciplinado y crear hábitos para que día a día puedas seguir mejorando y alcanzar tus metas, siempre con la mente en alto sin desmayar, ser muy fuerte mentalmente y verás que tus metas serán logradas.

The importance of basic training is mainly to gain strength and endurance, also to define your muscles. Motivation

Este día les traigo un día demostrando el gran nivel que tienen mis compañeros de Street Workout acá en San Fernando de Apure, como lo son Robert, Alvis, Manuel y Jesús. Es importante añadir que ver cómo estos atletas se desenvuelven es una gran motivación para todos, llegar a ese nivel o más es algo que todos deseamos, pero para eso hay que tener mucha disciplina, porque nadie nació aprendido, y todos los atletas que están a alto rango estuvieron bajo nivel también y por su disciplina y desempeño llegaron a dónde están.

Today I bring you a day demonstrating the great level that my Street Workout partners have here in San Fernando de Apure, such as Robert, Alvis, Manuel and Jesus. It is important to add that seeing how these athletes perform is a great motivation for everyone, to reach that level or more is something we all want, but for that you have to have a lot of discipline, because no one was born learned, and all athletes who are at high rank were also low level and by their discipline and performance got to where they are.

Este ejercicio es uno de los más avanzados y deseados por todos los amantes de la calistenia, ya que es un ejercicio de mucha fuerza donde se desafía la gravedad, es importante de decir que para sacar este truco hay que tener mucha constancia y disciplina ya que este se saca en un aproximado de 1 o 2años, y como todo, todos empezamos desde abajo, así que en esta oportunidad te traeré una rutina básica de plancha para ir ganando fuerza en los hombros.

Las flexiones en pino es un ejercicio muy peculiar de la Calistenia ya que te ayuda mucho a fortalecer y ganar fuerza en tus hombros y en el tríceps, este ejercicio consiste en pararte de mano, las manos a la altura de los hombros y bajar y subir el torso, en este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 4 series de 8 repeticiones.

Este ejercicio ayuda mucho la plancha, es uno de los más básicos ya que te ayuda a controlar y fortalecer más tus hombros, este ejercicio consiste en colocarse en la paralela, subir las rodillas al pecho y subir y bajar controlada mente con la pelvis a la altura de la espalda sacando escapula, en este ejercicio haremos 4 series de 6 repeticiones.

This exercise helps a lot the plancha, it is one of the most basic since it helps you to control and strengthen your shoulders, this exercise consists of standing in parallel, raise your knees to your chest and raise and lower controlled mind with the pelvis at the height of the back taking out scapula, in this exercise we will do 4 sets of 6 repetitions.

Este ejercicio te ayuda mucho en los dorsales y acostumbrar a tener postura en la plancha sacando la escapula, consiste en hacer una Dips normal solo que acá se sacará la escapula al bajar y subir, se harán 4 series de 8 repeticiones.

This exercise helps you a lot in the dorsal and accustom you to have posture in the plank taking out the scapula, is to do a normal Dips only here the scapula will be removed when lowering and raising, you will do 4 sets of 8 repetitions.

En este ejercicio se trabaja full el hombro ya que consiste en poner las piernas en un soporte y la espalda recta en dirección hacia el suelo en posición de L, y se va a bajar, que todo el peso recaiga en los hombros y el tríceps al subir, acá se harán 4 series de 10 repeticiones.

Este ejercicio es uno de los más completos ya que trabajas muchas partes del cuerpo como lo es el hombro, pecho, tríceps, dorsales y nos ayuda mucho para la postura de la plancha, este consiste en estar paralelo al suelo con las manos a la altura de los hombros con inclinación, la pelvis abajo, y la escapula arriba, subir y bajar lentamente. En este ejercicio se harán 4 series de 8 repeticiones.

Estos son unos de los ejercicios básicos para ir fortaleciendo los hombros que son unos de los principales músculos que hay que fortalecer para la full Plancha, como dije antes para sacar este truco hay que tener constancia y disciplina ya que no es fácil, y eso es lo que hace más interesante, ya que si fuera fácil todo el mundo lo hiciera. Ya con el tiempo, cuando vayas dominando estos ejercicios básicos irás subiendo de rango y haciendo unos ejercicios más fuertes y completos para tu full plancha.

These are some of the basic exercises to strengthen the shoulders which are one of the main muscles to strengthen for the full plancha, as I said before to get this trick you have to have perseverance and discipline because it is not easy, and that's what makes it more interesting, because if it were easy everyone would do it. Este tipo de rutinas principalmente es para personas que quieren empezar en la calistenia, ya que son muy efectivas, si eres una de esas personas pues sígueme, que el día de hoy te traeré una rutina nivel intermedio para que ejercites algunos de los músculos más importante de tu cuerpo (Pecho, Brazo, Espalda, Pierna, estos son unos de los principales) sin más nada que decir... ¡Comencemos!

This type of routines is mainly for people who want to start in calisthenics, as they are very effective, if you are one of those people then follow me, today I will bring you an intermediate level routine to exercise some of the most important muscles of your body (Chest, Arm, Back, Leg, these are some of the main ones) without anything else to say.... En una barra baja, colócate por debajo con agarre prono a la altura de tus hombros, y vas a subir y bajar controlada mente. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 5 series de 15 repeticiones

On a low bar, position yourself underneath with a prone grip at shoulder height, and you will go up and down in a controlled manner. In this exercise we will be doing 5 sets of 15 repetitions.

Ejercicio N° 2 Flexiones

Exercise N° 2 Push-ups

Palmas en el suelo, a la altura de los hombros, poner la espalda recta y bajé y subir controladamente el torso, se harán 5 series de 15 repeticiones.

Ejercicio N° 3 Rodillas al pecho

Con el cuerpo tirado en el suelo boca arriba vas estirar tus pies y luego flexionas tus rodillas al pecho, en este ejercicio haremos 5 series de 15 repeticiones.

El Front Lever es un ejercicio de Calistenia que consiste en estar en una barra colgado con agarre prono en posición paralela al cuerpo con ambas piernas estiradas, e intentar mantener los codos bloqueados y la escápulas en posición neutra. En este ejercicio se requiere mucha fuerza de los músculos como el hombro, espalda, pecho, brazos, abdomen y lumbar, ya que al realizarlo se muestra la resistencia de cada una de estas partes del cuerpo. Es importante saber que para tener este ejercicio primero hay que tener progresiones, que justamente estaré explicando cuáles son. Si quieres sacar el Front Lever sígueme en esta rutina.

The Front Lever is a Calisthenics exercise that consists of being on a bar hanging with prone grip in a position parallel to the body with both legs straight, and trying to keep the elbows locked and the scapulae in neutral position. This exercise requires a lot of strength from muscles such as the shoulder, back, chest, arms, abdomen and lumbar, since performing it shows the resistance of each of these parts of the body. En barra con agarre prono se coloca en posición paralela al suelo por las piernas extendidas y separadas. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 5 series de segundos al fallo.

In barbell with prone grip is placed in a position parallel to the ground by the legs extended and separated. In this exercise we will be doing 5 sets of seconds to failure.

Ejercicio N° 2 Front a una pierna (Izquierda)

Exercise N° 2 One Leg Front (Left)

Se realiza un Tucked y se estira la pierda izquierda, teniendo una posición paralela al suelo, aquí se realizará 3 series de segundos al fallo.

Perform a Tucked and stretch the left leg, having a position parallel to the ground, here you will perform 3 sets of seconds to failure.

Ejercicio N° 3 Front a una pierna (Derecha)

Exercise N° 3 One Leg Front (Right)

De igual manera se hace un Tucked y en este caso se estira la pierna derecha y se va a mantener paralelo al suelo, 3 series de segundos al fallo igualmente.

In the same way a Tucked is done and in this case the right leg is stretched and will be kept parallel to the ground, 3 sets of seconds to failure as well.

Ejercicio N° 4 Tucked Avanzado

Exercise N° 4 Advanced Tucked

Se coloca en posición de Tucked pero se separa las rodillas del pecho, hasta que estén a la altura de la barra y los pies a la altura de los hombros, Acá se harán 5 series al fallo también.

It is placed in Tucked position but the knees are separated from the chest, until they are at the height of the bar and the feet at shoulder height, Here you will do 5 sets to failure also.

Ejercicio N° 5 Variaciones de Tucked con diferentes agarres (Abierto, Normal y cerrado)

Acá se coloca en barra con agarre prono y se lleva las rodillas al pecho, manteniendo los brazos estirados e intentando que la espalda esté paralela al suelo, se harán 3 aguantes al fallo (Abierto, Normal y cerrado) son 3 series de este ejercicio.

Ejercicio Nº 1: L sit Raises en barraExercise Noº 1: L sit Raises in bar

L sit Raises en barra. En este ejercicio hay que estar colgado a la barra y levantar las piernas rectas hasta formar un ángulo de 90 grados. Se estarán haciendo 4 series de 10 repeticiones.

L sit Raises on bar. In this exercise you have to hang on the bar and lift your legs straight up to form a 90 degree angle. You will be doing 4 sets of 10 repetitions.

Ejercicio Nº 2: Isométrico L sit en barraExercise Noº 2: Isometric L sit on bar

Isométrico L sit en barra. De igual manera que el anterior hay que colgarse en la barra y levantar las piernas rectas hasta formar un ángulo de 90 grados y consistirá de aguantar esa posición por un tiempo determinado, en este caso haremos 4 series de 15 segundos.

Isométrico Knee Raises en barra, este consiste en mantenerse colgado en una barra con los brazos extendidos y con las rodillas flexionadas en forma de L, se harán 4 series de 15 segundos.

Dominadas Prona, este es un ejercicio muy completo donde trabajas muchos músculos, el principal es la espalda, la parte de los dorsales, consiste que colgarte de un barra con las manos mirando hacia al frente, un poco separada a la altura de los hombros, y subir el cuerpo y bajarlo controlada mente. en Este ejercicio se estarán realizando 4 series de 10 repeticiones.

Dominadas Supina, en este ejercicio lo único que cambia del anterior es el agarre, ahora la barra se agarrá de manera que esté viendo hacia atrás, de igual manera las manos a la altura de los hombros, subes y bajas controlada mente, igual que el ejercicio se estará realizando anterior 4 series de 15 repeticiones.

Fondos horizontal, son un ejercicio básico de la Calistenia que nunca puede faltar en tu rutina de Pecho ya que consiste en ayudarte a ganar fuerza para ejercicios un poco más avanzados, en este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 4series de 15 repeticiones.

Horizontal bottoms, are a basic exercise of Calisthenics that can never miss in your Chest routine as it is to help you gain strength for more advanced exercises, in this exercise we will be doing 4 sets of 15 repetitions.

Ejercicio Nº 2 Exercise Noº 2

Dips en barra recta. Este es un ejercicio de fuerza donde aparte del pectoral también se trabaja el tríceps, dónde nos ayuda mucho a tonificar los músculos también. Estaremos haciendo 4series de 15repeticiones.
