I know, I know - I am so inconsistent! I have made plans for the last two years, that every Tuesday I would release a new podcast episode. I mean, I have a LOT to say, so you think that would be easy to commit to right? Ha ha not on my spiritual journey, it is not!

As I expand, grow, heal, ascend, move from 3D to 5D, create a New Earth - whatever you want to call it, stuff happens! And I am talking about when we are reaching a point of expansion and then boom, I am halted to the ground. Or find that I reliving something that I thought I had healed from 20 years ago.

With the anniversary of my husband's passing coming up, trying to repair my ACL snap without surgery and coming of a homeopathic weight management system, my emotions have been all over the place. Mostly because of the expansion that all these things have given me collectively. And speaking on collectives, they are coming in hot and fast as well. 

As I grow in my awareness, my knowing and my understandings, everything else needs to align as well. I need to match my internal world with my external world, I need my body to align with my energetics. I need my business to match my new knowledge, my diet needs to match my new body awareness. So the list goes on. Every time I expand, adjustments need to be made.

And being someone who has been doing a lot of exercise on repairing their knee, I have learnt how to build a muscle - constrict and expand. Guess what I am doing in my own awareness - constrict and expand. I AM STRENGTHENING MY SPIRITUAL MUSCLE!

I constrict and expand everyday, some days I in full creation mode, other days I am a hermit and block out everything. But this is all part of MY journey. This is how I grow, this is how I create the life I want, this is how I become the person I want to be. THIS IS EVERYTHING!

So if you are in that place and you are saying to yourself, OMG not again, just because you are readjusting again - DON'T!

You are just growing your spiritual muscle. This is your foundation and you are making it strong.

Now go be you, whatever that looks like.

I used to think that I had to be an extreme, either over here or over there. I was either high or low, messy or neat, light or dark, even black or white.. I held onto the belief that since I was a double Gemini and Manifesting Generator that this was all I could be. I had to be more than one thing at the same time. I gave myself the persona of being this or that.

I could not be in the middle, because that would be boring. Who wants to be grey … UGH! Not me! Grey sounds so boring. I’d rather be white or black not grey.

As I kept talking about my existence as this extreme being, I started to realise that the more I kept talking about, the more and more I believed it and so of course it became even more true. (Having the same thought over and over becomes a belief…)

I held onto my black and white principle because I wanted to be so different. I wanted people to notice me, I wanted to be SEEN. You can’t see grey, but you can see black or white, right?

But I fully believe that everything is the way it is and it is all equal - there are no extremes so why was I holding onto my belief that there has to be a difference.

White is black and black is white. Therefore, it is all grey! If you had a set of coloured pencils and then turned them all grey. What would your favourite colour be? You wouldn’t have one, would you? They would be all equal. Even if you started colouring in a picture with them, they would all look the same and you would not even notice how they were affecting you.

But they were still existing, you were still colouring in, but they were not pulling at your likes and dislikes. They were not giving you meaning, there were just existing.

So how do we just exist, if we see everything as grey? How can we embrace those feel good feelings if we are not giving extreme attention to the varying colours or levels that were were once using? Listen in and see what I have discovered!

Last year I lost my husband unexpectedly. Right smack bang in the middle of our lives. We had a future we were looking forward to and children still to raise. The impact it had on me was profound and has changed my whole trajectory of who I am and where I want to go. 

This doesn't mean that the pain goes away. Grief is a mysterious one that can creep up on you at any time. It can take you down for weeks at a time or it can pop up for just a few moments. But if we are unsure of how to recognise the emotion and allow it to be seen, it can start to create a vortex and bring in a plethora of emotions as well. Leaving you low, sad and full of despair - right at the bottom of the emotional vibrational scale.

I have branded, branded and rebranded so many times, that you probably don't even remember what my name is. But there is a reason why these things happen. 

It could be that I am wishy washy and have no clue what I am doing.

Or it could be that these names change, when I change. The represent where I am at with my spiritual journey.

Or it could also be that I have received information from my multidimensional self, that maybe this is not the right fit for right now.

It is so easy to see what everyone else is doing and start comparing yourself. 'How come I can't do that?' 'Why is she so good at that and I am not' 'I am not going to put myself out there like that, people will laugh'. Ever said those things to yourself? 

When we decide that we are going to stay in our own lane, we take our power back. We get to be ourselves, our true selves without worrying about the opinion of others and comparing ourselves to what we think we should look like or do.

Light Language is the human's body interpretation of a light and sound vibrational frequency that is receives from a higher dimensional version of your soul. It can be translated by your human in many different way. I describe them in this podcast! I am also talking about some of the most common questions that I get when it comes to light language.

My light language mostly comes out in hand coding movements, but I do also speak it. I can also draw light language and I also channel sigils. Everybody is different when it comes to their own light language, so the key is to try not to compare yourself to others and know that whatever you are doing, saying or being is always correct.

I used to hate using affirmations, they sounded pretentious and over the top. They did not feel like me at all! I used to use them to fill the energetic holes that would appear after I had been able to release the energy of emotions, beliefs or codings that I was holding onto. I was also retraining my brain, trying to teach it to believe something different to what I had normally believed in. I am creation always felt like home. It felt like the one that I could truly connect to. It is only now that I realise what it all means.

In creation we can truly live our best life, we can live in happiness, joy and pure alignment. Listen to this podcast where I share my belief in how creation is all that matters now in my existence and it is the key to everything.

This is not what I normally speak about, but I decided to mix it up. We spend so much time reflecting on all the tragedy, the hard times, the moments in our lives that have hurt and that we need to heal from. We look at so much of our past in a bad light and of all the sadness that we have experienced. What if we looked at something different for a change? 

We can all have similar wedding stories or having children or finishing something you have studied. But what about something that you experienced that was a totally amazing experience for you, but one that others may not see in the same light. A story or a memory you have of a moment in your life that you may not get to reflect on or recall as the people around you won't feel the story or won't have any resonance to it.

I am sharing one of my stories in this podcast. A memory I have not recalled for a long time, but a fond memory that I was so excited about. But one that would not come up in conversation now. There's no learning or message in this podcast, I am just sharing my wrestling story! I hope you all enjoy!

Do you have the need to complete things all the time or are you someone who jumps from one thing to another? Do you find yourself half way through something and think, nope I'm done with that. I have always been someone who would fleet from one thing to the next without every really becoming good at it. But I am also someone who has to watch a movie until the end, even if the ending is predictable and if the movie is not really that good.

I believe we need to strike a balance between the two, working out what we want and need in each moment but also being able to complete tasks and work toward goals as we need to.
