In today’s video, we face a major challenge as archaeological test sites cut through large areas of our farm, all at this stage without any compensation. While we fully respect the importance of protecting history, the disruption to farming operations is very real, and we show you exactly what this means on the ground.

Alongside the trial pits being dug, the team continues pushing hard with yard levelling, cleaning grain stores ready for mustard, repainting the crawlers, installing rodent shield protection around the combines, and clearing building materials. It’s a full-on day of real British farm work, problem solving and preparation.
