We go to our office or cubicle at work and put our nose to the grindstone.  We do not look up, perhaps to go to the ladies room or men’s room or to fill your cup of coffee.  Forget about sitting in endless meetings where most of the time the leaders of the organization tell everyone in the room “what is going to happen and how everyone is going to go about implementing the initiative.”
