Connie’s quote is by – John F. Kennedy:
“Physical Fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic & creative intellectual activity.”
There is so much talk about weight loss and exercise everywhere you turn. Which is the right path or option for you? Are you confused or perhaps even overwhelmed with the amount of information that is available? After all we truly live in the information age. We can Googleanything and get a pretty darn good response or idea of how to tackle weight loss and healthy living
So why is our nation so out of shape when the answer is literally at our fingertips? Today my guest is Adriana Albritton. Adriana approaches her customers from a holistic approach where she not only addresses their weight and exercise concerns but also includes achieving a healthy mind and healthy environment as part of her customized programs.
Adriana Albritton is the Founder of A FIT WELLNESS and FIT N ALL. This Colombian native is a Fitness Wellness Mentor, holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, and is a NPC Figure Competitor (National Physique Committee).
She is NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified in Personal Training, Fitness Nutrition, and carries certifications in Prenatal, Senior, and Youth training.
Adriana was involved in the mental health field over the years. She witnessed the negative effects that an unbalanced mind has on the body and its surrounding environment. Later on, she recognized the awful repercussions that an unbalanced body has on the psyche.

Connie’s motivational quote today is by, ~ William James
“Belief creates the actual fact.”
Did you know that many of our core beliefs, and how we respond to the world, come from deep inside of us, at our cellular level? What does that even mean? Well, to make things even more complicated, with our belief systems, it has also been proven that we have beliefs in place (may they be positive or negative) that may have been handed down from past generations, through our DNA? This is such a vital topic to explore and investigate because it can help us all navigate and change our paradigm of thinking to create more positive and empowering lives for ourselves.
Your host, Connie Whitman, speaks with Kate O’Connell. Tune in as they discuss her new book, “Beyond the Imprint.” Kate is a Child and Family Therapist with a private practice in Charlottesville, VA, addressing the therapeutic needs of children, adolescents, adults and families. The goal of Kate’s ground-breaking book is for the therapist to facilitate a safe, therapeutic experience, one in which the client is able to explore, identify and dissolve imprinting at the cellular level. Kate helps us explore how Quantum physics helps us understand that we can change what is outside of us by simply changing ourselves. I am very excited to explore this topic!

Connie’s motivational quote today is by, ~ Susan Barbara Apollon
“Spiritual healing is often experienced as a state of harmony, balance, greater well-bing, and joyfulness….”
How many of us have had déjà vu? It’s such a weird feeling as if you are reliving a moment from our past (or future) over again. Does this mean we have some form of physic powers or does everyone actually experience some level of seeing or feeling things that perhaps just can’t be explained? Instead of guessing or speculating about this topic of psychic ability and spiritual energy, I am excited to have an international expert psychic on the show with us today.
Today your host, Connie Whitman, speaks with Elizabeth Joyce. Elizabeth has been psychic since birth and is named one of the World’s Greatest Psychics, as well as America’s Top 100 Psychics in 2014. And we have her on with us today, how exciting! Elizabeth has been profiled in at least twelve books, she is a spiritual healer and gives personal psychic readings worldwide. But wait there’s more. Ms. Joyce is a professional astrologer, spiritual counselor, energy healer, medium, clairvoyant, and teaches the new energies of the Fifth Dimension. Millions of people have witnessed her incredible psychic powers on TV shows such as Unsolved Mysteries, Beyond Chance and The Psychic Detectives, as well as CNN News. A frequent guest on radio shows across the country, Elizabeth appears on Coast to Coast AM, The Shirley MacLaine Hour, and NPR. She has been profiled in Women’s Day Magazine, Wall Street Magazine, The National Examiner, The New York Times and other national media. Elizabeth is the author of numerous books, articles and guided meditation audio MP3s.

“If a decision-making process is flawed and dysfunctional, decisions will go awry.”
How many decisions do you make in a day? Think about that for a second. We decide what to wear to work, what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus all the other decisions made before, during and after work. What about the big decisions that need to be made. Do I get married, am I marrying the right person for life, what hospital and/or doctor do I take my sick child too. And the list goes on. Do you feel the stress? Yikes!

Connie’s motivational quote today is by ~ Ronald E. Osborn
“Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow..”
Leaders and business owners are all faced with how to stay focused on our own careers while leading our teams and companies to financial success. It’s a lot of pressure, isn’t it? Where do you begin? With marketing, team building, self-development, shareholder meetings, and the lists goes on. So really…where do we start?
I think we may all need help with this prioritization process of what tasks, skills and behaviors we need to work on first, to develop the success we are all seeking.

Connie‘s motivational quote today is by ~ Alexandria Hotmer
“If we would just take a moment to look around, we would find that the universe is in constant communication with us.”
Do you believe that we are all energy beings and that we transmit vibrational energy into the world. Also, do you agree that all the things around us are energy sources too and they too transmit vibrational energy? Holy smokes! That’s a lot of energy whirling around in our world.
Is that why it seems our world has become more angry, show more hatred and overall feels anxious? If we and all the things around us emit energy, how do we control it and create a shift to a positive flow?
Today your host. Connie Whitman, speaks with Nancy Yearout. Nancy is going to help us understand the importance of using easy tools to help us form positive thought patterns and help us shift our energy from overwhelm and anger to one of love and light.
Nancy is a spiritual life coach, motivational speaker and author of her new book, Wake Up! The Universe is Speaking to You. Nancy has also enjoyed an extensive corporate career as a sales coordinator with one of the Big Three automakers in Detroit.
Her sales, management, and marketing skills have grown with each step of her business. Her success has blessed her with the real life experience, knowledge, and common sense that is required to help others through life’s challenges.

Connie’s motivational quote today is by, – Mahatma Gandi
“Those who say religion has nothing to do with politics does not know what religion is.”
You have heard the phrase, “history repeats itself.” If this is the case, then why do we seem to make the same mistakes over and over throughout time? Is there a key strategy we are missing?
Instead of guessing about such a complex topic, we have an expert guest who holds a PhD in Religious Studies, and knows about politics and religion’s long history together.
David Low holds a MS & PhD in Religious Studies, is an author, former Adjunct Professor of Religion, drug counselor, and former entertainer (juggler) who today does dreamwork, teaches meditation, and speaks on topics about spirituality and religion.
After some powerful meditation experiences, Dr. Low traveled extensively and visited different Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh, Sufi, Jewish, Christian, and Orthodox Muslim groups. An epiphany in 2014 led him to write his first book, Universal Spiritual Philosophy and Practice: an Informal Textbook for Discerning Seekers. His greatest passion is getting people to tune into more profound dimensions of spirituality, at both the personal and political levels.

Connie’s motivational quote for today is by ~ Ritu Ghatourey
“It only takes a small amount of courage and hope to take control of your life.”
What an interesting quote. It uses two powerful words to gain control in our lives: Courage and hope.
Life changes are inevitable, aren’t they? We have all experienced the movement from one stage of life to the next. Whether leaving for college, graduating from college, getting your first or fifth job, and to my parents out there, our kids lives moving faster than we would like to admit, where our kids are growing up and leaving the nest.
Psychologists describe empty nest syndrome as “a transition period in which many people experience feelings of loneliness or loss.”
How do we navigate these uncharted waters as our life stages swiftly pass by? My guest today believes that with every life change there is opportunity knocking.
What if there was a clear path to redefining life after such life changes have occurred? And what if that path led to your most joyful life ever?
Today, your host, Connie Whitman speaks with Karen Otis. Karen has combined her degrees in Sociology and Architecture to create a guidebook for joyful living that can empower empty nester’s and anyone going through a big life transition to create their ideal life experience, starting now.
Karen took this common sociological experience and created a building plan for life, just like we have building plans for any physical structure in this world. She calls it: The Architectural Method. Karen Otis is an architect, life builder and author of the revolutionary new book that uses architectural wisdom to rebuild lives from the ground up—“Be the Architect of Your Life: Design Build, and Start Living a Life Inspired.”

Connie’s interesting quote for our interesting topic today is by Frank Ocean.
“Maybe it takes a near death experience to feel alive.”
Interesting quote, isn’t it? How many of us fear the topic of death? What if death isn’t the end? What if there is more?
More and more books are written on near death experiences every day, documenting that there is something after we die.
Today your host, Connie Whitman, speaks with Dr. P.M.H. Atwater. Dr. Atwater is no stranger to near death experiences. In fact, her third book, “A Manual for Developing Humans,” Dr. Atwater was told to write this book during her third near-death experience.
This Manual contains the basics for becoming fully human. The manual includes some basic topics covering all levels of life ─ from how to use your mind, developing and using intuition, understanding color, sex, relationships, children, and rethinking money. To name just a few!
Dr. Atwater has been researching the near-death phenomenon since 1978, and is considered a world authority on the subject. She has addressed audiences at the International Association for Near-Death Studies, as well as the United Nations, and in numerous countries. Her books have been translated into over 12 languages. She has appeared on Larry King Live, Regis and Kathy Lee, and Geraldo and Coast-to-Coast AM. Ms.Atwater, invites people to look past appearances for the truth that underlies what we think we know. Connie’s interesting quote for today is by Joshua J. Marine
“Challenges are what makes life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.”
Interesting thought, isn’t it? How many times have you heard your mom or grandmother say, “bad things happen to good people?”
It’s so true though. So the question is, how do we prepare for when something unexpected (good or bad) does happen in our lives? Can we actually prepare for the unknown?
Today your host, Connie Whitman, speaks with Pratima Aravabhoomi. Pratima is the CEO & founder of CraftStreetDesign.com. They make unique gifts with powerful words that speak to you. Pratima is going to share her story and how we can prepare for the unknown events yet to come by changing our perspective and maybe even changing our thoughts, just a little bit!
Pratima is on a mission to help you achieve your goals, be happy, and pass on the inspiration to everyone through word gifts. Are you ready to be inspired?
