This episodes focuses on my experience with getting approved for my first ever building permit for a commercial building in San Francisco. I divulge further into the NCARB & LEED certification process that leads towards a California Architecture license and conclude the episode with an unfortunate event of getting into a cycling accident on San Francisco’ Market Street.
