This episodes focuses on my experience with getting approved for my first ever building permit for a commercial building in San Francisco. I divulge further into the NCARB & LEED certification process that leads towards a California Architecture license and conclude the episode with an unfortunate event of getting into a cycling accident on San Francisco’ Market Street.
In the intro I commence with architectural competitions that I’d be working on solo then I divulge into my first time experience with taxes, credit and investment as a none financial expert and conclude with recent horror movies that I have seen.

I talk about how I spent my birthday at the proper hotel in San Francisco my experience being there and the random events that happened. The day before I decided checking out I decided to render my room in 24hrs before to visualise all that I can create in a short time frame. Then I concluded with 27 things I have learned in 27 years.
