    Mike Opelka is joined by radio host Angie Austin for her take on how a school district in West Virginia is dealing with the negative effects of the Obama administration's approach in dealing with coal businesses. Local economies are weakening and people are losing their jobs, especially in the public education sector. The Kanawha County school district is taking a controversial approach. "In this one school district, they're actually losing 72 jobs. They gathered the teachers and said 'look, 34 teachers are going to have to draw numbers out of a hat. If you're not in the first 24, you're going to lose your jobs.' Can you imagine?" asks Mike. Both Mike and Angie feel that the school district's approach to job cuts is going to weed out high-quality teachers. "Certainly, life's not fair but I don't think they're doing this right ... there needs to be a better way to eliminate jobs than drawing numbers." -
