Cs: Byla mrazivá polární noc.
En: It was a freezing polar night.

Cs: Obloha nad Arktickou tundrou zářila tisíci hvězdami.
En: The sky above the Arctic tundra shone with a thousand stars.

Cs: Silný vítr tiše hvízdal mezi masami sněhu.
En: A strong wind quietly whistled between the masses of snow.

Cs: Lukáš, odvážný český badatel, hleděl do dálky.
En: Lukáš, a brave Czech explorer, gazed into the distance.

Cs: Vedle něj stála Karolina, jeho kolegyně a opatrná vědkyně.
En: Next to him stood Karolina, his colleague and a cautious scientist.

Cs: Jan, zkušený místní průvodce, se na ně díval s obavou.
En: Jan, an experienced local guide, watched them with concern.

Cs: "Lukáši, tiše," šeptla Karolina, "něco se hýbe na nebi."

Cs: Ale Lukáš byl fascinován.
En: But Lukáš was fascinated.

Cs: "Dobře, chci to vidět zblízka," rozhodl se Lukáš.
En: "Alright, I want to see it up close," decided Lukáš.

Cs: Karolina se zamračila.

Cs: Souhlasila, ale s obavou v srdci.

Cs: Nakonec se dostali do středu tundry, kde světlo tančilo nejjasněji.

Cs: Když se přiblížili, zvedl se vítr.

Cs: Světlo se šířilo kolem nich, zkrášlovalo noc, ale zároveň je zalévalo neznámým strachem.
En: The light spread around them, adorning the night, but at the same time, it filled them with an unknown fear.

Cs: "Jsem opatrný," přiznal Lukáš.
En: "I am cautious," admitted Lukáš.

Cs: "Tento jev je mimo naše chápání."

Cs: Vrátili se zpět, unášeni větrem a myšlenkami.
En: They returned, carried by the wind and thoughts.

Cs: Když dorazili do bezpečí, uvědomili si, že svět kolem nich je plný záhad.
En: When they reached safety, they realized that the world around them is full of mysteries.

Cs: Lukáš se naučil, že zvědavost je důležitá, ale musí být vyvážená opatrností.
En: Lukáš learned that curiosity is important, but it must be balanced with caution.
