• M. Ravichandran, General Secretary, Ministry of Earth Sciences, India
• Youngki Hong, Ambassador for Polar Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea

The Session is moderated by Marie-Anne Coninsx, Former EU Ambassador for the Arctic.

This event originally took place at the 2022 Arctic Circle Assembly in Reykjavík, Iceland.
