The industry has fundamentally changed with the NAR-settlement, which now requires a signed buyers agency agreement prior to viewing homes with a Realtor.

While each individual market will be different, and each agent has to focus on the importance and ROI of paid leads in their business, John walks through the argument for and against paid leads in this new environment. 

While there is no "true" answer for everyone, John also highlights what is working for agents he coaches across the country on getting signed agency agreements and connecting with buyers to increase conversion.
