In this episode we speak with Monique Lauzon about the school closures within Canada, and how this can play a factor in the mental health of our youth. Monique has spent many years within the school system and her insight into this topic is eye opening and heart punching.

Monique's Bio:

My name is Monique. I have 53 years of experience going through the wonders and difficulties of life, and within that I spent 20 years helping youth and young adults overcome personal difficulties. I have a deep understanding of indigenous culture, The Seven Sacred Teachings, as well as the Medicine Wheel. After experiencing relationship breakdowns and putting the fun in dysfunctional in my family life, I have learnt to overcome my anxiety and fears. My goal moving forward is to help others transform their own trials and tribulations into more manageable situations using techniques in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
