Speaking of cocktails, today Ben is drinking a Rye Smile while Matthew is drinking a Matt Chai-pman. Recipes below.

Rye Smile

• 1 1/2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Apricot Liqueur
• 3/4 oz Cherry Syrup
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with 3 brandied cherries.

Matt Chai-pman

• 2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Lime Juice
• 3/4 oz Chai Syrup
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10-12 seconds and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
