The recent crypto crash has once again put a spotlight on the volatility and future of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin, the grandfather of all cryptocurrencies, has lost roughly 70% of its value from a high of nearly USD $69,000 back in November 2021. Various crypto exchanges and lenders have since fallen into bankruptcy or downsized to deal with the downturn.
