We look at and discuss if the management criteria have changed since covid19.  Had it changed before this period of COVID19? Is there a necessity to have agile management rather than lean management? Is it really a battle between lean management and agile management for business leaders to get through this period? Do leaders in business need to pivot not only the business but the mindset of the people and the culture of the business? What can the art of logistics tell us about the long term sustainability of a business but also the sustainability of the different management styles? Is Health and Safety a major component of this thinking and pivoting as it seems to be a major factor in the business and its reputation in the market place.  

To me, Agile Management won the fight.  What do you think?
