Happy February, everyone! We are starting to feel like we are very much in the thick of winter, and we hope you are all doing well. In this week's episode, we reflect on alllll of the books we have been reading over the past six months (ha ha). We discuss the struggles of reading when life gets hectic. We also throw in a few unexpected literary analyses of Noah Kahan's new song and a very special Lumineers song. Nonetheless, we hope you all are having more success in your reading endeavors than we are! We hope to catch y'all in a few months with better reports on our work!
Hey, guys! The twins are finally back together after a month apart! Woo hoo! In this week's episode, Sally reflects on her time in Australia and gives her opinions on the land down under by Lucy asking her interview questions. We hope you all enjoy this episode and have an amazing start to February!
Hey, everyone! Welcome to the last solo episode from yours truly (Lucy) for a while. Sally is finally home from Australia and will be back on the show next week! I felt like a good ending to this solo series would be to talk about something I wish I have heard more about and have wanted to speak on for a while. This week, I talk through all of those crazy post-grad feelings and what you may expect as you near towards this time in your life. I think that graduating can definitely be a lonely time as you navigate your new independence and priorities. By talking through what I have learned in the past eight months, I hope that you know that you are not alone. We are all so in control in building our lives and will figure everything out one step at a time!
Welcome to another solo episode by me (Lucy) while Sally is in Australia! This week, I decided to talk on how I believe you have found "The One" along with some extra relationship advice on finding your lifelong partner. This is the first time I have really spoken on relationships since getting engaged in October, and I'm really excited to share some of my personal thoughts and feelings on how I knew this person was the one for me. Thank you for hanging with me in probably the hardest episode I have recorded, but I hope it can be helpful to someone out there in their journey. Wishing you all the best, and I hope you love this! <3
Hey, y'all! I hope the start to your January is going well! We have a few weeks of solo episodes from yours truly (Lucy) while Sally is living it up in Australia! Since I know that Sally will have her own opinions after her study abroad semester, in this week's episode I decided to rank the places I have visited outside the U.S. I have done a lot of traveling in the past few years but will likely be slowing down this year to focus on other life goals; I felt like this would be a good time to reflect on everywhere I've been up until this point. I'm sure we will have more episodes like this in the future, but I hope you enjoy!
Happy New Year everyone! What a crazy year 2025 was! In this week's episode, we do some final reflecting on 2025 and discuss what we want to remove from, keep in, and add to our lives in 2026. We hope this year starts off well for you all, and we can't wait for a new year of podcasting!
Long time no see! We apologize for the hiatus, but we are so excited to be back and share some of our favorite/funniest Christmas memories. We hope you all have a merry Christmas and we will be back and better than ever in 2026!
Welcome back after a few crazy weeks off from the podcast! In this week's episode, we give the full debrief of all of the crazy life events that have been going on in our lives. We also discuss how wild it is that life seems to change so quickly and drastically in our twenties. It's truly such an exciting and wild time to be alive! We hope you are all doing well and having great Octobers.
Need a little mid-semester motivational boost? In this week's episode, we unravel why we believe that learning and doing challenging things can help you believe in yourself and build confidence. After all, who is more important to trust than yourself? We really enjoyed recording this one, and we hope it can be a help to you all. See you in October!
