  • By choosing freedom, you can proactively life your best life instead of relying on others to make you happy (which ain't gonna ever happen).
  • The constrained life is not a creative life. Therefore, you will never see the opportunities, only the risk. 
  • If you are experiencing contrast and it's making you uncomfortable, know in that moment you can choose to reframe.
