There is a common thought that if the “weakest link” is removed from the equation, the problem will be solved, but we forget that we are all part of the same moving engine. Being able to see the bigger picture and recognizing the distinctions among things is an awareness level that can be trained. Groups are made up of individuals, and recognizing the individuals within the system is equally as valuable as recognizing the group.
