Journal Prompts from today's episode: 

Take note of all fears, limiting beliefs, or doom thinking you might find yourself with. Write them all down. 

• Where is this coming from? 
• Is there a specific voice that you hear? 
• What is the worst thing that can happen? 
• What do you feel when you think about this? 
• Where do you feel this in your body?

 

Ask as many questions as you can to get a good grip on where this is coming from.
