When was the last time you were kind to yourself? When was the last time you celebrated the small mommy wins without it following, "but I still have to do (insert x,y,z)? 

I know for me I'm constantly beating myself up with all the unchecked boxes, unfolded laundry, and unwashed dishes at the end of the day. Until I gave myself a gentle reminder to be kind.
