To me, being responsible is taking responsibility for self-care toward yourself.
When we feel amazing.
When we are nourished.
When we are rested and sleep well.
When we look after our health and well-being.
That is when we are able to provide whatever that is we decide to others.
YOU CAN'T GIVE FROM AN EMPTY CAP.
Imagine taking care of others while struggling with burnout.
In short.
It is not going to happen.
Imagine trying to grow a business and being creative and innovative while stressed.
Let me tell you.
It is going to be bloody hard.
So your first and foremost responsibility you have is towards yourself.
