Have you ever considered that your image of what it means to be a 'good girl' and a 'good person' stands in the way of your dreams?
Please don't get me wrong.
There is nothing wrong with being kind and generous.
There is nothing wrong with being there for others.
Here is the caveat, though.
Have you ever asked yourself if you are doing this because you genuinely want to do it?
Or are you doing this because you think you should?
There is nothing wrong with staying late in the office when asked to do so.
There is nothing wrong with a mother placing the child's desires above yours.
And the caveat is:
Unless you chronically deny your wishes and desires.
Unless you want to say no but feel like you can't.
Unless you don't want to upset others.
Why would you deny your wishes and desires?
Do you FEAR to be seen as selfish?
I want to consider that when we do that repeatedly, this can lead to anger and resentment.
That is where we often take our frustration on the most vulnerable and least empowered people in our circle.
Consider that what you are saying to the winder consciousness is that your desires and needs are not as important as other people's.
I don't know about you, but I am done saying NO to myself.

Have you ever been marinating in negativity?
I am sure that you did at some point, like most people.
The key is to feel the feelings. Express authentically what is coming up for you.
However, do not marinate in negativity and victimhood.
That serves no one.
Negative thoughts will only bring more negativity into every single area of your life.
If you want to be happy, focus on cultivating that happiness inside of you no matter what.
We can't bring anyone to light by going to the dark side. And we can't change anyone.
Focus on YOU.
And everyone and everything else will fall into place.
Love yourself deeply, and more love will show up in your life.
Happiness is a YOU job.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?
Whether we want to admit this to ourselves or not many of us have asked this question at least once.
What is wrong with me?
We often ask this question when we work on something, and no matter how hard we try, we don't seem to be going anywhere.
We ask this when we keep getting involved with partners who seem to remind us of our less-than-ideal parents.
We ask this when we engage with destructive coping mechanisms like alcohol, comfort eating or destructive self-talk.
I want you to know that there is nothing wrong with you.

It has been a hot minute since my last episode.
What do you think about working hard?
I think we live in a society that glamorizes working hard as a way to prove your worthiness.
Isn't it more important to focus on what you can do right now and TRUST that as you learn, grow and evolve, things you want & desire will come with ease?
That is not to say that you don't need to work. You do BUT without 'killing yourself in the process' & without putting your life on hold.
I find that far better use of your vital life energy and personal power.
It is an act of bravery to do things your way.

WORDS are like brushes we use to paint the masterpieces of our lives!
As I am on my own transformational journey, this concept circles back to me time and time again.
All the stories, beliefs and agreements we made, as Toltec tradition says, shape and influence our lives.
The good news is you can change it if you don't like the way your life shapes up.
However, the catch is that you need to slow down and recognise all the limiting stories & beliefs you may have by becoming an observer of your thoughts.
Consider that you can't change your life by continuing on the same path, thinking the same way.

Have you ever felt like everyone & everything is against you?
Life just seems to be pushing and pushing against you.
However, you are so used to pain that you tell yourself it doesn't matter. It doesn't hurt.
We are so used to people hurting us and manipulating us that we begin to think there is something wrong with us.
Consider that there is nothing wrong with you.
Life is trying to get your attention, as there is a lesson to be learned.
The problem is a lack of boundaries. Specifically, the inability to say NO.
When we say YES to everyone else and whether that is
That is when we say NO to ourselves, our needs, and our desires.
That is when we betray ourselves.
That is when we put everyone else and everything else as more important than our well-being.
And I am sure you have heard that you can't give from an empty cap.
Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you can ever have.
Yet, so many of us betray ourselves over and over.
No wonder so many people struggle with self-worth or/and self-esteem.

You have looked everywhere.

Often we search for solutions that are overly complex and challenging to implement.
Your path to tapping into your potential is far simpler than you think.
However, I have a word of warning.
No matter where we came from or what happened to us. We have to take full personal responsibility for our lives.
You might be asking yourself, what is it?
I am referring here to your SELF-TALK.
We become what we think about the most.
Now, go back to your search for a solution.
