Duncan Cowles is a Bafta award winning filmmaker from Scotland, whose new series 'Scary Adult Things' is out now on BBC Scotland and BBC iPlayer.

Scary Adult Things examines the concept of being an adult and the things that you feel you’re supposed to have achieved by a certain age, and is both entertaining and thought provoking.

We talk about the feeling of dread when you think you’re behind in the race against everyone else, doing what you enjoy with your time, and we find out what Duncan learned about himself after completing his six-part series.
