The Biden Administration has added insult to injury. They are proposing that all decisions about entry into the U.S at the southern border be taken out of the judiciary's hands and be assumed by the local border guards. This will set off a mass migration that's like nothing we've ever seen before. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse.

Much like Chamberlain's misjudgment of Hitler, Biden's misjudgment of the Taliban will prove to be a colossal error. But what the hey, America's longest war is over. The repercussions, however, are just beginning.  

The FDA just gave Pfizer's Covid19 Vaccine the seal of approval. There's only one problem. To reach their conclusion they broke their historic protocol and eliminated the non-vaccinated control group. They gave big Pharma, Sleepy Joe, and Dr. Fauci exactly what they wanted. Truth and honesty be DAMNED!!!!!

The purchase of gold, not only domestically but internationally, is accelerating. The faith in the dollar, the U.S. and in Biden was shaken dramatically this week with the events in Afghanistan. People are also starting to view the Fed as a place run by idiots. It seems that the final straw will be a "Black Swan" event.

The signals are conflicted. More printed money means more inflation which means higher prices. But, it also means we may be running out of buyers especially in real estate. Be careful out there because it is a long way down.

Seniors, millennials and of course Wall Street are all competing for the few rentals that are available. A classic case of supply and demand as rental rates hit record levels. But who cares with all that government money flowing through the system. Of course it is all transitory say Biden and Powell.

The Chairman says it must be employment. The President says it must be pent up demand. Why else is inflation soaring? Duh, maybe it has something to do with money printing? Just a thought.
