Hey,
This week on The Mind School Podcast, I’m going rogue on my real thoughts about the personal development industry, and why I think it can be toxic.
👉 Allow me to introduce the Six (Toxic) Stages of the personal development industry.
Because sometimes the very thing that can change your life… can also become toxic AF.
I’ve seen it in clients. I’ve lived it myself.
And maybe you have too:
✨ The honeymoon stage, where everything feels limitless.
✨ The cracks that appear when nothing feels like enough.
✨ The toxic phase that SO MANY people are stuck in.
✨ And finally, the sweet spot... which often comes AFTER a break-up.
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering…
"Why isn't this working for me?"
"Was I better off before?"
"I never have/do enough"
…then this one is going to land.

I’d love to know — which stage do you think you’re in? Hit reply and tell me, or share your takeaways on your Stories and tag me (@iambreannamay) so I can cheer you on.
Because here’s the reminder we all need sometimes:
You were never broken. You don't need fixing. And anyone who says they can "fix you" is a red toxic flag. Like many of our exes...stay the fck away
Big love,
