For Heath "Smoke" Stover, a name synonymous with Lock Haven University baseball, the 2023 season will mark his sixth as the head coach. Stover is a 1997 graduate of LHU, earning a bachelor's degree in health and physical education. In 2009, he earned his master's in teaching and learning.

Over his tenure, Coach Gage coached a total of nine NECC All-Conference performers, while a pair of players went on to play professionally.  In the classroom, Gage's program found success with three players being named to the NECC Academic All-Conference Team. The 2016 and 2017 squads each posted over a 3.0 GPA after the 2013 team also finished the year with a team GPA over 3.0. In 2017 he took over the Head Coaching job at Stevenson University.

Head Coach Tim Neiman enters his 34th season as the skipper of the DeSales University baseball program after taking over in 1990.  Since Neiman arrived in Center Valley, PA, the Bulldogs have won 787 games including 30+ games five times, 20+ games in 26 of his 32 seasons and 21 straight years, and have amassed a 787-448-5 (.637) overall record.  He is also the only coach in DeSales history to win 700+ games in any sport and entered last season ranked 31st on the all-time victories list among all NCAA Division III coaches.

Shallenberger brings over a decade of coaching experience to Grantham, with multiple assistant coaching stops along with four years as the head coach of the Cairn University Highlanders in Langhorne, Pa. In his most recent stop. Shallenberger was the General Manager and 17u Head Baseball Coach at the Park Sports Complex and Powerballers Baseball in the Lehigh Valley. Coach Shallenberger joined Messiah University in 2021.
