We all have to realize that we did not go into the business because the company or the product was awesome, we went into the business because we needed a change in some way on our lives. Somewhere along the way we lost that vision of us and just focused on the company. Can you make one company great? Absolutely but if you make it great by destroying the view of the industry you in turn destroy yourself and the company. We need to work together as an industry regardless of our different views.
