No one is perfect but.... when you pretend to be perfect, things can go bad really fast. I made a mistake at the very beginning, a very simple unintentional mistake..... but it could have cost me my license.

Chargebacks are literally the worst part of our business but there is a way around. It all starts with you and I was no different.

We all have to realize that we did not go into the business because the company or the product was awesome, we went into the business because we needed a change in some way on our lives. Somewhere along the way we lost that vision of us and just focused on the company. Can you make one company great? Absolutely but if you make it great by destroying the view of the industry you in turn destroy yourself and the company. We need to work together as an industry regardless of our different views.

I do all I do for a reason, there are reasons behind everything and my name and logo are no different. This is all about the deep meaning and thought process behind it. I believe we should all have a strong mindset in all we do.

I feel like most of us have forgotten what we have gone through to be in the spot we are at. Sometimes even I have to remind myself of this. I want everyone that is listening to this to remember who you were and who you are and who you want to be. We all go through our own crucible and if you have, remind yourself of it and if you are currently going through that, just know you will make it and never forget that.

How did I end up here? I believe that alot of people that end up doing what they isnt because of choice but because of circumstances. I decided to roll with the tide and I fell in love with my work and I wouldn't trade for anything. But there is a huge problem with my industry, why are scared to announce that we are life agents? Why do we make up fake titles and shame ourselves? I hate this and I want to change the outlook of how people see us. That is my mission.
