Educational institutions have prepared most of us well, but non of them ever consider to offer preparation of what we should expect in life.  Most people leave these instutitons and are totally overwhelmed on how they should cope.  They feel like they are required to skydive without a parachute and without any trainings so that they feel like they are falling and failing.
