Our ancestors discovered it but it soon became a lost thing in the hands of our generation - ya feel?  In the digital age of Millenials today, there's some inherent need to hustle, find your passion, get that hot summer bod, swipe through tinder, see your friends and do million other things plus keeping up to date with that one friend that you never really find the time to see.
