Floss started as a cake baking business and has grown into hosting workshops and events to empower open conversations around mental health. Bel was lucky enough to speak on a panel at an Are You O'Cake event and found Lauren's story inspiring. Lauren tells us about an internship she had in New York, and how a conversation she had with her Dad when her mental health was struggling lead her on the path she is now.
