Are you part of the Sandwich Generation? For those who haven't heard of this, it is people who are taking care of ageing parents (and possibly even grandparents) as well as their own young children. In Australia, the typical demographic for this are women in their mid to late 40s who are also employed.

Nearly 50% of adults in this generation will find themselves caring for ageing parents and their children while balancing work and social lives.
