COVID-19 is having a devastating impact on our society and the economy. This impact will be felt long after this pandemic has passed: there are at least five trends that will distinguish the ‘new normal’ from the ‘old normal’. In order to survive, businesses need to address three questions, the most important being what the world of their customers will look like post COVID-19. At the same time employees need to ask three questions to review if they are ready for a post Covid-19 world.
