My guest this Wednesday is John Waechter co-author of the book, “CONQUERING THE SEVEN SUMMITS OF SALES”. John’s co-author is Susan Ershler. She and her husband, Phil, became the first couple in history to climb the Seven Summits. She is a sought-after international speaker who has served in leadership positions for Fortune 500 companies for more than twenty years. Her client list includes such industry giants as Aflac, Boeing, Cisco, Eli Lilly, Microsoft, Nike, and Wells Fargo, to name a few. She is co-author of Together on Top of the World and lives in Washington State. John serves as managing director and partner at Delafield Ham-brecht, an investment firm in Seattle. He began his career in sales with the Xerox Corporation and GTE (Verizon). He has held senior management positions at Northland Communications and was CEO of Saltmine. John has also climbed the Seven Summits.
