Those who are physically beautiful face unique spiritual challenges. A Rasha argues that his beauty made it too difficult for him to study Torah. The heavenly Beis Din points to Yosef as the one who overcame his challenges despite his beauty. Thus Yosef holds all the wicked people responsible.
