For this episode, Elliot is joined by Bartley Zuber. Bartley is a sole practitioner with two staff members. He is currently the City Attorney for the City of Olney and the Village Attorney for the Village of Claremont. Bartley practices primarily in the Second Circuit and Fourth Circuit. I have also taken cases in the First, Third, Fifth, Sixth, and Twentieth Circuits.

Walt is a managing partner at both the Cargo Security Alliance where he provides thought leadership, tools and techniques for the mitigation of supply chain risks as well as Cayuga Partners LLC where he helps clients manage, plan, and optimize manufacturing and supply chain operations Matt is currently a Research Fellow at the Jamestown Foundation - he recently published Chinese Communist Espionage: An Intelligence Primer with co-author Peter Mattis. Prior to the Jamestown Foundation, Matt was involved in cargo theft investigations and intellectual property security in the corporate world. Erik Hoffer is the president of CGM Security Solutions Inc. and Rig Secure, Inc., both are manufacturers of security products and technology designed to mitigate and prevent cargo theft incidents. He is also a partner at the Cargo Security Alliance.

Throughout Kevin's career, one issue that has been a consistent thorn in his side is detention time for the truckload market.
