This practice was originally published 9 years ago on a very old blog site, so if you have been following me through Sunfish Yoga for a while you may have come across this piece before. But it seems especially relevant to most of us as reflexologists as we sit a lot in treatments as well as when we’re working on - rather than in - our business. I’ve made some minor tweaks here to align more closely with listeners of The Rested Reflexologist.
