Well, are you? Are you still feeling like an ass hole for walking away from your toxic family? For preserving your peace, protecting your kids, breaking generational cycles and ending the cycle of narcissistic abuse?

So..who is making you feel like an ass hole? Is it the comments of a well meaning friend? Is it a stranger who is just so excited to give his/her negative opinion about your choice? (Without knowing you or anything you have been through?) Maybe its just the overall negative stigma associated with not talking to family. 

Or maybe, the person making you feel like an ass hole is you! Are you still holding on to guilt, what ifs, maybes...?

On this episode, I am going to try my hardest to convince you that you are not an ass hole for walking away from your toxic family. You are brave, have been through hell and back and are certainly not, an ass hole.
