That’s the question I want you to ask yourself, and the reason we are diving into this is because the on the week of this episode’s release it is Global Mental Health Awareness Day, and this year the theme being covered is mental wellbeing. 

8Wise is all about mental wellbeing, and this is all about being in a general state of thriving in all areas of your life. 

I am going to break down the different states you can be in and help you to put tools and strategies in place to help you get to a place of thriving and stay there!
