This world is so full of stimulation, it's almost impossible to be present. We have a laundry list of things "to do." Unfortunately, most people in this world suffer from a form of depression and/or anxiety. Both are a result of living in the past or the future. To solve this problem there is only one solution, to become present. In this episode, I discuss how we can come to a place of neutrality by using the past and future as allies.
