Too exhausted or even too tired to read this? Our thoughts exactly! We have all been there. Days go by and before you know it, you are weeks into feeling a sense of hopelessness and despair. Never fear when Project Friend is near, we are here to not only empathise, both having experienced this before but also to share our own experiences and tips with you. If you haven’t already done so, make a cup of something warm, put your feet up and let's unpack this together.  As a work driven society, we have the tendency to put aside our own needs and to help others or to prioritise work over our own mental and physical well-being. Can you relate? Weekends are not meant for catching your breath only, nor are they meant for catching up on work you did not get to in the week. There is strength in giving yourself time and taking care of yourself.
