In this episode I discuss how three seemingly helpful beliefs I had were unconsciously causing me a lot of stress and how you might have some beliefs doing the same to you! We all receive so much conflicting information about how to live; you should get 8 hours of sleep/ you don't actually need 8 hours, Live with purpose and pursue your goals/ Let go and go with the flow, intermittent fasting is great for you/intermittent fasting is horrible for you etc. etc. But sometimes, because we have something like 60,000 thoughts a day (and a belief is just a thought you keep thinking that feels objectively true to you) we often have conflicting beliefs knocking around in our head causing us stress! So what should you do?! Listen to this episode!
