Dr. Joe says in this week's episode the longer we dismiss our money stories, the longer we allow the stories to grow - just like fish stories.
The moment that we realize we have a story, a narrative around something, a belief, this could be directly affecting your income. Who would have thought that healing yourself would lead you towards more money? Most people think, “Push through, grind it out, find the sale and complete it.” But what if we did all of that - we tried pushing, we tried chasing, honestly, maybe we even tried not chasing, but the money and income still aren’t at the level we want?
It's time to dive into your stories. Dr. Joe shares in this week's episode how an incident when he was young - much like an incident that any little kid would face, like having an accident in daycare - impacted the way he thought about himself, which was directly related to the amount of income he was making. It was actually stopping him from going for it, and - even worse - it was affecting him subconsciously, so he wasn't even aware of the impact that his fish story had.
So what do we do? We know this healing journey takes time, but scarcity is creeping in. The more we hear about the economy on TV, the more we push, grind, TRY to make it work, it's not clicking. How do we step back and heal? In the midst of all of this?
