On Tuesday, April 29 at 10:35 pm local time in French Guiana, Arianespace successfully launched the third Vega launcher from the Guiana Space Center (CSG), orbiting the KazEOSat-1 (DZZ-HR) satellite for the government of Kazakhstan within the scope of a turnkey contract with Airbus Defence and Space.

On Thursday, April 3, 2014, at 6:02 pm local time in French Guiana, Arianespace successfully carried out the seventh Soyuz mission from the Guiana Space Center (CSG), orbiting the Sentinel-1A satellite for the European Commission within the scope of a contract with the European Space Agency (ESA).

On Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 22:04 UTC, Arianespace carried out the 59th successful Ariane 5 launch in a row, orbiting two telecommunications satellites: ASTRA 5B for the Luxembourg-based operator SES, and Amazonas 4A for the Spanish operator Hispasat. ASTRA 5B also hosts an EGNOS (European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service) payload for the European Commission.

Vega, the latest member of the family of launchers operated by Arianespace, and built by ELV as prime contractor, has successfully launched the IXV (Intermediate eXperimental Vehicle) atmospheric reentry demonstrator. The fourth Vega launch took place on February 11 at 10:40 am (local time) from the Guiana Space Center in French Guiana. Developed by the European Space Agency, the IXV marks the latest step by Europe in the development of atmospheric reentry technologies, a key to manned flights.

On February 6, at 21:30 UT, Arianespace carried out the 58th successful Ariane 5 launch in a row, orbiting two telecommunications satellites: ABS-2 for the operator ABS and Athena-Fidus for Telespazio, on behalf of the French and Italian space agencies.

On Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 6:12 am, local time in French Guiana, Arianespace successfully carried out the sixth Soyuz launch from the Guiana Space Center (CSG), orbiting the Gaia scientific satellite for the European Space Agency (ESA).

On Thursday, August 29, Arianespace carried out the 57th successful Ariane 5 launch in a row, orbiting two telecommunications satellites: EUTELSAT 25B/Es’hail 1 for the Qatari and European operators, Es’hailSat and Eutelsat, and GSAT-7 for the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).

On Thursday, July 25, Arianespace carried out the 56th successful Ariane 5 launch in a row, orbiting two satellites: the Alphasat mobile telecommunications satellite for the operator Inmarsat, and the INSAT-3D meteorological satellite for ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation).

On Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at 4:27 pm local time in French Guiana, Arianespace successfully carried out the fifth Soyuz launch from the Guiana Space Center (CSG), orbiting the first four satellites in the O3b constellation for the operator O3b Networks Limited.

On Wednesday, June 5, 2013, Arianespace’s second Ariane 5 mission of the year, on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA), successfully launched the ATV4 (Automated Transfer Vehicle) cargo vessel, designated "Albert Einstein", to the International Space Station.
