Jonah's story is a familiar one - God asks him to go, Jonah says "no", gets swallowed by a fish...and decides to go after all. Pastor John will set the foundation for our journey through Jonah, looking at the "Who, What, Where and When" parts of Jonah's story.

As we continue this series in the weeks ahead, Jonah will teach us that God never gives up on us, God's help is just a prayer away, God's love is greater than anything, and God's love takes us beyond borders so that all might know.

As a part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, we dedicate two Sundays for our Global Advance Rally, hearing real stories from the mission field and discovering how we can seek out the lost right here in Sheboygan and across the globe.

Fall is in the air!  Trees are beginning to change color, nights are crisp and cool, and kids are back in school.  At Southside, this means launching different ministries and opportunities to connect.  This Sunday you will continue to hear about these opportunities and how they drive us to our purpose of connecting with God, Each Other, Our Community and World.

As summer comes to a close, our nation takes a day to "rest" from our work and laboring. But as Christians, we have a special call to "Kingdom Work"... how does this look different from our "worldly" work?
