Styling hair has always felt like home for Kelli, and to turn this fiery passion into a career has been an incredible blessing.

Kelli graduated from cosmetology school in 2012, and her love for hair has continued to grow. She started KJ and Hairspray eight years ago as a bridal hairstyling business. in 2019, she added her first hair accessories, and couldn't be more thankful for that addition.

She feels so blessed to be building her dream career, one hustle at a time. Her hope is to keep learning, growing and serving Him through this awesome journey.

Dr. Orinthia Harris - or Dr. OH as she is affectionally called - is a dynamic educator with over 17 years of experience both inside and outside the classroom.  She is the founder and CEO of STEMearly LLC, as well as an Educational Consultant for Harris Consulting LLC. ⁠

As an Education Specialist & Teacher Trainer she designs and delivers professional development and interactive keynotes around the world on the most effective ways to infuse 21st century skills into any classroom.  She utilizes a variety of training delivery methods appropriate for traditional classrooms, virtual platforms and school at home environments. 

Dr. Harris has a passion for making learning engaging, and has presented on how to effectively motivate and engage all students.
