This week we give you a double dosage of the show as we cover local topics and then include our conversation with Ty & Kris from the Everything Goez Podcast as well.

For the main show, I go over my Random Rant this week which is Adult Hangovers (scary... I know). I also discuss the Bucks busting out the broom and sweeping Miami and we take a look to the series ahead against Brooklyn and the 3-headed monster that is the Nets.Ace gives us the low-down on the Twins and Wild and how things have unfolded for them in the last week. Spoiler alert: it ain't pretty.Finally, we listen to the Clip of the Week featuring Giannis' on-court post-game interview over the weekend and segue into our discussion with T&K which ended up covering literally every sport aside from cricket and volleyball it seems.

This week is an exciting episode following a statement win for the Bucks, the Wild keeping the series interesting against the Knights, and some news in the world of golf!

I open the show with my Random Rant which serves as a reminder to tip servers and others providing a service as everything opens up and the mask mandates disappear.

We chat a bit about the announcement of live NFL training camps for fans beginning at the end of July in which we hope to be in attendance. I cover the Bucks dominant series start versus the Heat and a Game 2 recap. Ace covers the Wild a bit and we discuss the Brewers and Twins, who are on the backburner for the moment.

Ace put together the Clip of the Week which is Brooks Koepka losing it a bit in a leaked outtake. We also dive into the big announcement of the day which is Bryson DeChambeau & Aaron Rodgers versus Phil Mickelson & Tom Brady on July 6th at The Reserve at Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana.

This week we bring the HYPE as the mask mandates expire and life slowly gets back to normal for us. That dominates my Random Rant this week.

 

Regionally, we cover some more news following Patrick Baldwin Jr. coming to UWM, Kevin Garnett being inducted to the Hall of Fame, Bucks v Heat Round 2, and Wisconsin getting 9 out of the top 100 Golf Courses in the United States.

 

Our big topic this week is the history and current viewpoint of "Superteams" in the NBA and other sports. You better believe LeBron and Brooklyns Superteam are discussed!

This week is our UWM Alumni Episode to celebrate Patrick Baldwin Jrs decision and a fellow alumni getting married over the weekend.

 

My random rant covers Friday Weddings and their legitimacy as both Ace & I each attended Friday weddings.

 

Regionally, UWM got 5-star recruit to commit who happens to be the son of the head coach. We explore the ramifications of this as well as setting up a segment for later.

 

I dive into some off the odd comment that came from Vikings WR Adam Thielen over the weekend and how salty they came off as. This was probably my favorite part of the show :).

 

I also recap the backpedal from Adam schefter after releasing his "breaking story" on draft day. Ace covers Twins and St. Paul Saints updates.

 

We spend the rest of the show diving into the upcoming NBA Playoffs and the brand new play-in tournament which begins next week. I talk about my expectations for the Bucks and we tap into the applications of play-in tournaments in other scenarios and sports.

 

We wrap up the show with a UWM-themed Ace's Quick6.

This week we start the show with my Random Rant which covers plant-based foods (PLANT BASED BUFFALO STYLE DIP). Regionally, I drop a Brewers update that broke today and a few odd basketball tidbits. 

 

The bulk of the show addresses the pseudo-story from Adam Schefter on the day of the NFL Draft regarding Aaron Rodgers not wanting to continue playing in Green Bay. Ace & I both dig into the Vikings and Packers drafts, respectively. 

 

To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, we talk about some of the more impactful Latin American Professional Sports... it serves as a nice trip down memory lane too. Hint: GONZO!

** Many apologies here, listeners. We REALLY wanted to have an in-person episode when I visited Ace this weekend, but apparently, the Macbook Pro Ace uses for the show wanted nothing to do with video capturing that day. So, we had to record when I got back Sunday evening. Definitely not what we wanted, but we'll get it sorted out for next time. **This week we began the show discussing our frustrations with applications across multiple operating systems and general issues with cross-platform functions.The Regional Roundup covers the recent successes and problems with the Brewers & Twins as well as the Badgers head coach contract extensions. We spend most of the time discussing positions and players that we could see the Packers and Vikings selecting in this week's draft.We were EXTRA excited to discuss the UFC card over the weekend since we watched it together and were able to see and react to the great prelim fights and title defenses. Ace cut up a nice clip of Rogan interviewing Hall after Weidman's gruesome injury.The Tee Off Topic this week is the history of teams moving to new cities and the franchises state before and after the moves. With Ace moving into his new home, this topic felt more relevant as the Wolves are under new ownership and there are cities looking for an NBA team.

This week is a shorter episode as we prepare for our first in-person recording next week. I start off with the Random Rant discussing both sides of leaving a job during a large project.For the Regional Recap, we talk about Aaron Rodgers hosting Jeopardy!, the UW Basketball seniors decisions for next season, new ownership of the Minnesota Timberwolves, and a quick update on the seasons for the Twins and Brewers thus far.The Clip of the Week returns with Anthony Edwards less-than-inspiring chat with a reporter this week regarding new owner Alex Rodriguez.We wrap up the show with our Tee Off Topic which focuses on Next Generation NFL players. We grew up with their fathers shaping the game and now Surtain II, Pittman Jr., Samuel Jr., Winfield Jr., and others are preparing to make their mark in the NFL like their fathers did years ago.

This week is very Golf heavy, but it's MASTERS week, so what else are we to do?I start off the show by discussing my COVID vaccination today and my reasons behind getting it as my Random Rant.We have a few local items to cover such as the retirement announcement from Barry Alvarez, Jrue's contract extension, the Brewers + Twins start to the season, and Jeff Gladney's legal issues.We also take a little time to chat about the NCAAB Men's National Championship game and the Podcast Bracket challenge as well as the Ace v Johnny Bracket results :).We spend the rest of the show discussing our favorite golf courses and some thoughts/predictions for the Masters Tournament.
