  • 09-13-26 HR 2: AWR Hawkins on AR-15 Bans | Dr. John Lott on CDC and FBI Gun Data

What happens to the Second Amendment fight when a gun that is legal to make or own in one state can expose someone to prosecution in another? After the conversations with Demetrio Daga and Tate Adamiak, Mark puts that question to Breitbart News’s AWR Hawkins.

Dr. John Lott of the Crime Prevention Research Center joins in the second half for a close look at defensive gun use numbers. He welcomes the return of CDC material that had been removed, but argues that the familiar range of 60,000 to 2.5 million uses does not fully explain the underlying research. He and Mark examine why survey questions produce different estimates, why Lott is skeptical of one finding in a recent large survey, and why he believes FBI active-shooter reports miss cases in which armed civilians intervened. It’s a detailed conversation about the numbers cited in legislatures, news coverage and courtrooms.

  • 09-13-26 HR 1: PARDONED BY TRUMP Tate Adamiak’s First Interview After Prison

Mark Walters opens this hour with Demetrio Daga calling Armed American Radio from the Albany County Correctional Facility. After a jury convicted him on 15 New York firearms counts involving 3D-printed guns, Demetrio is awaiting sentencing. He describes what he says happened during his trial, questions testimony about the investigation, and discusses surveillance of his family through Flock cameras. Mark asks what comes next and why Demetrio says he intends to keep fighting.

Then Tate Adamiak joins AAR for the first time since President Donald Trump pardoned him. Tate takes listeners inside the day he learned the news: the first uncertain phone call, his brother’s confirmation, the wait to leave custody, and the moment he was finally free. His father and brothers join him on camera as Tate talks about coming home, the people who stood beside him, and why he wants his experience to help others. Hearing Demetrio’s call gives that promise an immediate purpose.

  • 09-06-26 HR 2: The Second Amendment Police State Exposed-Part 2

The Justice Department is accusing the Virgin Islands Police Department of engaging in a decades-long pattern of conduct that violated the Second and Fourth Amendment rights of American citizens.

In this explosive two-hour edition of Armed American Radio, Mark Walters takes listeners line by line through the DOJ’s amended federal complaint—and explains every major allegation in plain English.

The government’s filing begins with a devastating declaration:

    “The original complaint was correct.”

DOJ goes further, alleging that discovery responses and the police commissioner’s own declaration admit VIPD engaged in a pattern or practice that violated constitutional rights.

HOUR ONE: SEARCHES, DELAYS AND UNWRITTEN GUN LAWS

Mark examines allegations that gun-license applicants were required to install government-mandated safes and permit warrantless inspections of their homes—even though police allegedly had no probable cause to suspect wrongdoing.

The complaint claims citizens were forced to consent to a violation of their Fourth Amendment rights as a condition of exercising their Second Amendment rights.

Mark also investigates licensing delays lasting months or nearly a year, denials issued because qualified applicants supposedly owned “too many” firearms and continued use of a proper-cause standard following the Supreme Court’s Bruen decision.

The discussion then turns to allegations that VIPD restricted otherwise-valid carry licenses, stopped issuing firearm licenses during technical problems and continued enforcing provisions of the expired 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban long after it ended in 2004.

DOJ further alleges the department unilaterally imposed a 10-round magazine restriction found in neither territorial nor federal law.

HOUR TWO: EXCLUSION ZONES, STORAGE MANDATES AND REGISTRATION

Mark breaks down Act 9113, officially called the “2026 Second Amendment Rights and Public Safety Act,” and the restrictions DOJ claims it authorized or reinforced.

Those provisions include a magazine ban, firearm-transfer restrictions, a suppressor ban, long-gun carry restrictions, mandatory storage requirements and universal firearm registration.

The law also permits police to establish a 1,000-foot prohibited-firearms zone around a public demonstration involving as few as three people. That produces a restricted area approximately 2,000 feet across—an area DOJ describes as one in which the Second Amendment does not apply.

Mark examines the constitutional collision created when the First Amendment activity of three citizens can be used to suspend the Second Amendment rights of everyone around them.

The show concludes with the enormous national implications of DOJ using federal pattern-or-practice civil-rights authority to confront alleged systemic Second Amendment violations.

The amended complaint is not a final judgment. The defendants may dispute the allegations, present defenses and argue that policy changes affect the case. The court will ultimately determine what the evidence proves.

    But the central question remains:

Can a constitutional right survive when government surrounds it with warrantless inspections, arbitrary discretion, year-long delays, unwritten restrictions, exclusion zones and universal registration?

This is precisely why Armed American Radio fights these battles every day—before unconstitutional conduct becomes accepted, institutionalized and permanent.

Stay safe. Stay armed. Stay informed.

  • 08-30-26 HR 3: Violent Crime PLUNGED—And the Anti-Gun Media Went Silent

The AAR Classic Roundtable confronts the FBI crime numbers the anti-gun media would rather ignore. Mark Walters is joined by Parkland father Ryan Petty, Lead Slingers CEO Brad Premo and Arizona Representative Quang Nguyen for a hard-hitting discussion about violent crime, repeat offenders and lawful gun ownership.

The panel examines reported declines in murder, robbery and aggravated assault following years of expanding firearm ownership and constitutional carry. They explain why guns aren’t the driving force behind violent crime, how soft-on-crime judges and prosecutors allow repeat offenders back onto the streets, and why honest citizens—not government—remain their own first line of defense.

The conversation also exposes anti-gun hypocrisy among Hollywood elites and politicians who privately own firearms or rely upon armed protection while publicly working against your rights. The crew closes with a practical challenge: share the facts, bring someone new to the range and defend the freedoms protected by the Constitution.

  • 08-30-26 HR 2: The FBI Crime Data Just DESTROYED the Gun-Control Narrative

New FBI crime data and the hidden truth about defensive gun use demolish one of the gun-control movement’s favorite claims: that more lawful gun ownership automatically produces more violent crime.

Crime Prevention Research Center President Dr. John Lott joins Mark Walters and Arizona Representative Quang Nguyen to explain why estimates of defensive gun use range from 60,000 to roughly 2.5 million incidents annually—and why surveys may miss encounters where merely displaying a firearm stops an attack.

They also examine the dramatic expansion of constitutional carry, the millions of Americans legally carrying firearms and the growing evidence that armed citizens make crime riskier for criminals. Mark and Quang share their own defensive-gun-use experiences, while Lott warns about the coming Supreme Court battle over so-called “assault weapons” bans and efforts to reshape the Court.

  • 08-30-26 HR 1: Florida Open Carry WON—So Why Won’t Lawmakers Fix the Law?

Florida gun owners won a major open-carry victory in court—but the state legislature still hasn’t updated the law. Mark Walters and guest co-host Arizona Representative Quang Nguyen expose why Republican majorities don’t always deliver Second Amendment freedom.

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey and Florida Carry attorney Eric Friday reveal the legal fight that forced Florida forward, the resistance they encountered from lawmakers and law enforcement, and why outdated statutes can create confusion for officers and armed citizens. Sheriff Ivey also explains his duty to protect the “three C’s”: citizens, cops and the Constitution.

Plus, Arizona Citizens Defense League’s Michael Infanzon previews an aggressive pro-gun legislative agenda that could make Arizona the most Second Amendment-friendly state in America—if gun owners deliver the right election results.

  • 08-23-26 HR 3: Second Amendment Roundtable: Midterms, State Gun Control, Reciprocity and the Fight Ahead

Kahr Firearms Group CEO Justin Moon, Lead Slingers CEO Brad Premo and Parkland father Ryan Petty join Mark Walters for a no-holds-barred Armed American Radio Roundtable on the political and cultural battles shaping America’s future.

The panel begins with the controversy involving Enes Kanter Freedom and the WNBA, examining how battles over culture, language and biological reality connect to the same political movement targeting the Second Amendment. Ryan warns that gun owners cannot allow the opposition to define the language or the battlefield.

Mark then searches “gun control” live on the air, uncovering New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s attempt to resist federal firearms deregulation. The group examines why anti-gun states will continue searching for ways to circumvent Supreme Court decisions—even if SCOTUS strikes down bans on commonly owned semi-automatic rifles.

Justin Moon explains why Kahr Arms abandoned plans to expand in New York following passage of the SAFE Act. The panel also discusses the importance of the upcoming midterm elections and the danger of allowing recent federal victories to be reversed.

The conversation moves overseas as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle confront the consequences of Britain’s severe gun-control laws, which reject self-defense as a legitimate reason to possess a firearm. Mark contrasts Britain with New Jersey, where lawful travelers can still fear prosecution simply for traveling with a gun.

The roundtable closes with national concealed-carry reciprocity, state-level gun-control attacks, Florida’s remaining restrictions, the need to hold public officials personally accountable and the importance of electing leaders willing to enforce constitutional protections.

  • 08-23-26 HR 2: Can You Buy a Suppressor NOW? The Questions Washington Hasn’t Answered

Can eligible gun owners now purchase suppressors and short-barreled rifles without the NFA process—or could acting too quickly turn someone into an unwanted federal test case?

Cam Edwards of Bearing Arms and Cam & Company joins Mark Walters to separate the legal victory from the practical reality facing gun owners and federally licensed firearms dealers. They examine the scope of the NFA injunction, the absence of clear guidance from the Department of Justice and ATF, differences between state and federal law and unanswered questions concerning out-of-state suppressor purchases.

Cam also discusses the possibility of using the Commerce Clause to protect Second Amendment rights, legal developments involving unfinished firearm frames and receivers, the Ninth Circuit’s rejection of claims brought by gun-control advocates and the latest political attacks against Brandon Herrera.

Dr. John Lott of the Crime Prevention Research Center then reports on his international gun-rights work in Argentina and Australia. He explains how foreign gun laws and crime statistics are repeatedly used to influence American gun-control debates.

John argues that police are important but cannot always reach victims before crimes occur. If gun-rights advocates talk only about hunting and recreational shooting, they surrender the public-safety argument to the opposition. The real case for firearm freedom must include the right of vulnerable people to protect themselves.
