The second piece of armor for spiritual battle is the Breastplate of Righteousness. In today's world police and military often wear a bulletproof vest and, because of the vest, vital organs are protected and many lives are saved! In the spiritual realm, the breastplate of righteousness works two-fold: it guides our paths toward right actions and keeps Satan from gaining access to our hearts, luring us into sin. We will look at the example of Samson from Judges 16 to connect how best to utilize the vital protection of the breastplate of righteousness.
