Dozens of people gathered today in Wallis Annenberg Hall to attend Kind Fest, where speakers presented Rachel’s Challenge, a powerful story about Rachel Scott, the first student killed in the Columbine shooting. The speakers focused on the positives of her life and how she triggered a chain reaction of kindness in her life without even knowing it.
The event was organized by Annenberg’s Student Services Office and student organizations supporting mental health initiatives, like The Happy Hour, Annenberg Cross-Cultural Student Association, Men’s Mental Health Initiative and the Public Relations Student Society of America.
